It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff.

I would really like email access to my Dr. Her opinion about potential family management decision's means a lot to me. Dr. J. Rench.

I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. I had to look for a long time before I finally found their qualifications. They need to make them more obvious. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for.
