I have been to Rose Hill Vet Clinic twice, and I will NEVER go back. The vets are arrogant, incompetent, and rude. The staff is inexperienced and also rude. The facility is COMPLETELY inadequate. This place claims to be able to treat animals of all sizes, but the largest enclosure is approx 2.5 ft x 4 ft. Their prices are double or triple that of K-State. When questioned about a bill, the vets become defensive and hostile. They are ABSOLUTELY charging for services that were not provided. I will be following up with the credit card company, Better Business Bureau, and probably 20/20 or 60 minutes. These 3 vets are fakes and crooks!

I have never seen a coupon for this provider, nor do they ever have specials or promotions going on. I don't think they like to help people save money. They didn't display their qualifications. It made me nervous. I was really surprised by how gross the kennels and holding areas were, I wouldn't feel comfortable leaving my pet here. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. I wasn't greeted at all when I entered their office. I could tell they noticed I walked in, but they still didn't acknowledge me.

There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I have heard horror stories of people's pets being misdiagnosed by their veterinarians, but that is not something you have to worry about here. I have never had a bad experience and I have complete faith in their care. The examining rooms at their office were clean and free of odor. I can tell they really strive to keep their office looking and smelling nice. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy.
