It is impossible to get an appointment at their office. They are always booked and have a long waiting list. Apparently they haven't ever heard of the saying "the customer's always right" here. Having a high level of customer service doesn't appear to be their top priority. Their office was clean enough, nothing special though. They've answered a couple of my questions over the phone, but most of the time I have to schedule an appointment. The office was easy enough to find.
