My cat was referred to Dr. Crankshaw by another vet for more advanced care. I am very thankful for the care he has given my cat. Dr. Wade and his staff are very compassionate and empathetic to pets and their owners needs. He has provided her with quality of life for which I am most grateful.

The staff must have not been trained very well. Almost every time I would ask them a question, they'd refer me to their boss or someone else. When my pet stayed overnight here I was promised by the staff and the veterinarian that I would be called at a certain time and I was so upset when they didn't call. I never heard a peep and I was a nervous wreck waiting by the phone worrying. They were extremely late to all my appointments. I always had to wait over an hour for them to show up. They left me completely alone for a long time and I became very nervous. Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid. This is a sorry excuse for a human you pay someone 500.00 dollars to do a job you expect the job to get done . The poor dog never had a chance with you in his care .He is a quak dont take your animals to this man i repeat do not take nothing to this man.
