Awful service and staff. This place trumps up charges and tries to take advantage of good owners. Really sick for a place that is supposed to be geared to wards helping animals. Also, they do not keep accurate records and when asked to provide our pets history, they said to check your reciepts. Do not take you animal here!

I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. They go out of their way to take care of my dogs and me.
