This veterinarian was very compassionate when my pet was sick. I felt that my pet would be taken care of with tender loving care. They don't offer emergency after-hour services, which is frustrating because in an emergency I want to be able to see someone I trust. Their pricing seemed to me to be a little overpriced. I just don't see how some of these simple procedures could cost so much. The staff here is friendly and welcoming. My pets and I always are made to feel at home.

Unbelievabley gentle, it is very apparant they truly care about pets well-being and comfort

No, they didn't cancel on me last minute
Was there a designated area for your dog to go to the bathroom?
No, but there was a little grass outside the office so it was fine
