I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. They had a couple of interesting magazines, but their selection wasn't very impressive. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else.

The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan.
