Be for warned! This is the most unprofessional medical office staff me & my family have had to deal with. My husband was scheduled to see an ENT Dr. instead of a Urologist by mistake of the nurse who set it up wasting 4 hrs out of our day and getting off work to do so, and it took 3 weeks only to find out they screwed up then had to be scheduled w/the actual Uroloigist which took another month to get in to see. The Prescription system gets screwed up every time we needed to have one filled or renewed. Dr's do not call back unless you continually call or go in when you've had enough of waiting. We even had a friend of ours that did an internship w/them and decided not to work for them because of how messed up the system was and unprofessional the staff was with patients. They could care less about their patients. Bedside manner SUCKS! We've even been double billed & overcharged & now have to go in front of a judge to prove our case! The office Mgr. is an idiot letting this place continue to be run like it has been and even though she was just brought into to fix the problems it's become worse.. In the end it finally came to blows and we were dropped as patients because I called someone stupid after being so frustrated with all the continual screw ups. Don't bother with this place, it will become your biggest nightmare!
