Just called to inquire about what their business hours are & to see if I could make an appointment. The lady that answered was rude & abrupt...telling me that I had reached her cell phone. I told her the number & said isn't this the vet clinic? She was very short with me & said oh, well, yes what do you need...when I told her I was wanting to know the business hours & see about making and appt for my kitty she told me the clinic only did appts on Tuesdays. Already upset by the rudeness, attitude & unwillingness to help I hung up rather than repeat my request to know their hours & such. I'll be looking for a different vet that would like to tell me their hours & help me make an appt. I was so very put out by what should have been a pleasant, straight forward & brief phone call...
