Complete waste of time. It took almost 3 months to get an appointment (they canceled our first one 24 hours before we were to go down after waiting for 2 months for it - pushing it out 3 weeks). The "evaluation" lasted an hour after which they gave us completely unhelpful advice that seemed to indicated that they hadn't listened to a word we had said describing all of the things that we had already tried. I had hoped we'd get some help from them. Instead it was completely and totally disappointing and a waste not only of the morning but also of the months we spent waiting, hoping that they'd offer even a crumb of advice that would be helpful. Pathetic.
