Their staff is very friendly and professional. However, Dr Burch's concern for his animal patients' immediate medical needs appears to have less priority than performing exploratory diagnosis for other potentially serious deseases of far less immediate concern. From my recent experience, Dr Burch seemed to dismiss as trivial an obvious and painful skin inflammation, which he only reluctantly treated after an overnight stay at his clinic inorder to take some x-rays of our cat's stomach. When the x-rays did not show anything wrong, he recommended a follow-up, expensive ultrasound procedure. I am deeply disappointed in Dr Burche's treatment of his patients and his customers.
