Terrible experience last week. Surgeon was running 90 minutes behind but pre-op nurse had no idea. I was ignored for 2 hours in pre-op. I was not NPO (nothing by mouth) but the nurses never gave me anything to eat/drink until a glass of juice after surgery so I left not only annoyed but wiped out from having missed lunch. What should have been a quick 2 hours there turned into a 4 hour ordeal. I stated on my pre-op questionnaire that I could not breathe laying flat. The OR staff had not been told, however, and were clueless when I got there. The OR nurse offered to give me oxygen, even though it would just shut down my drive to breathe. I spoke with a manager about my experience this morning and she had all the warmth and empathy of a granite countertop. She sounded like a form letter that was translated from text to voice. So disappointed. My surgeon was great but the surgical center was most certainly not. Go elsewhere if you can!!

This was the worst doctor ever, I went in for an allergic reaction. my eyes were swollen and had hives and the dumb doctor told me i had pink eye. He didn't care what I said. On top of that I waited 45min in the waithing room and another Hour in the back. Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating. I was very unimpressed with their level of skill. It seemed like they had just started yesterday. The wait was absolutely ridiculous. It messed up my I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through. I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else.
