I've been to this jack-in-the-box walk-in clinic a few times because of its location, but it's constantly amateur hour there.

You'll have to wait for hours, even with an appointment, and the doctor will probably forget to call in your prescription... and then forget the next four times you call and ultimately one of their incredibly rude staff members will hang up on you when you call to ask what's going on.

Also, if you're lucky they'll prescribe a medicine so old that the pharmacy tells you it was discontinued 20 years ago.

You'd be better off spending your co-pay on Nyquil, Aspirin and Emergen-C!
