They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. The place is full of rude drunks. The so called trainer there will take your money and run. He con me and another person out of 1,500 and has con others look him up name is Guy Jensen

I was satisfied with both the veterinarian and how my pet's appointment went. It was a relief knowing what was wrong but the treatment options were limited due his age and the cancer in his mouth. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to the interstate. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. They fully explained my pet's condition. When I left I knew exactly what my pet had and no treatments are available. VERY reluctantly, I had to have him put to sleep to stop his pain and suffering a few weeks later. They were very caring to me and understood my tears.

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.
