I ended up spending quite a bit for my visit. They were very expensive. Apparently they haven't ever heard of the saying "the customer's always right" here. Having a high level of customer service doesn't appear to be their top priority. They aren't known for being that good at what they do in my area, but they aren't known for being terrible either. They should probably work on improving their professional reputation. They were cold and not friendly enough. I definitely didn't feel welcome. The office was easy enough to find. I waited over a week just for test results then had to call to get them.
