They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say.
