The staff is very unprofessional and do not take their jobs seriously. 6 months after completing my courses they have yet to notify the DMV or court of my completion. I have called several times and been treated very unprofessionally, even hung up on. Brian Butler has major anger issues and should be in his own anger managment classes, he has no business runing this facility. I would not recommend Using Scottsdale Treatment Institute, its a waste on money and a big head ache.
