The first impression I got when seeing Dr. Cortner was how friendly the staff was...I felt very welcome and comfortable even though I had never been to a chiropractor before..
After seeing Dr. Cortner I understand now why he is recomended by so many people. He explained my conditon on a level that could understand and I already feel much better.
I am can say even though I drove from Nebraska to see Dr. Cortner every mile was worth it plus their receptionist recomended a great place to eat to top it off...

The treatment method was explained in-depth to me before they started the treatment. I was totally prepared for everything that was going to be done during the adjustments, and I was completely comfortable. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too.
