I have been a patient at this facility since 2005. Last October, I was diagnosed with Diabetes. Since that time, I have had the worst care ever. I've had to educate myself on how to test my blood. I've read books on good foods/bad foods. What finally made me go to another doctor is this-I did so well getting my A1C down that it was decided to take me off one of the medications, with the proviso that I test an additional 2-3 times a week until my next lab. When I ran out of test strips, due to increased frequency of testing, the doctor refused to write me a new prescription for my test strips. Now I have to wait 11 days, without being able to test my blood sugar, before I can get this script filled again. I find this to be negligent behavior and have found another doctor that will hopefully have my health interests at heart. Please think carefully before you decide to use this facility for you or your family's health care needs.

They have very good customer service. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. I appreciate the level of service I received and the friendliness of the staff. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back.
