I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. All of their equipment seemed to be fairly new. I felt that my pet would be taken care of adequately. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. The examining rooms at their office were pretty clean, but I felt like they could have been cleaner. There was a hint of some smell I couldn't detect, but I didn't like it.
