I do not agree with the way they do business here. I was told one thing to sell a machine worth thousands of dollars and the reality of service after sale is far different.

I I just wasn't that impressed. I called with a question about what time would be good to stop in to pick up parts the next day and was told tht I would need an appointment.

I explained to them that I was told when I purchased the machine to stop in any time for the disposable parts for the machine.

I was told I could come in but ....... I might have to wait an hour for someone to help me. The staff made me feel stupid for calling.

I would have purchased this from a smaller outfit with better customer service and enough staff on hand to service products sold at the buisness.
