I loved how easy it was to get an appointment with them. I knew I could get in right away whenever I needed to. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They are always so attentive and caring. They take the time to really listen to all of my opinions, and address all of my concerns. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time.
