Our insurance provider had assigned us to the facility but have had two bad experiences when trying to call them. First time we called they were just rude and hung up. The second time we tried to make an appointment with the doctor assigned but was told he was not taking new patients unless we wanted to pay $1,800 in advance. Sounds pretty much like extortion to me. Needless to say, we have switched to a different doctor at a different facility. When notifying the insurance provider they were shocked and would look into their practices. I would not recommend this facility to anyone.

They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question.
