My first visit took about 3 hours, which was a very exhausting being there so long... there were others more in need of treatment. The nurses were very friendly..... Dr was very polite, explained everything in detail seemed to take interest.
I returned 7-8 days later with the same illness. The time in waiting area was approx 20 minutes.... I could not have asked for a better Dr, I don't remember her name but she was exceptional and very compassionate to my already existing heath issues , fibromyalgia/chronic fatigue syndrome Which was a contributing to my recovery time, as she explained to me my immune system was fighting my health issues and the virus... This information was very helpful as I'd not had a Dr who'd taken the time to explain why the recovery time was a longer process... She has Fibromyalgia as well so she definitely related to what I was battling .... I do hope if I return to Urgent Care for treatment that I will see this Dr again.
