I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better.

This review is of ARNP Connie Edwards at RFM - She is an EXCELLENT Practitioner, and has the best "bedside manor" of anyone I know. ARNP stands for Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner, but also A REALLY NICE PERSON. She has a fabulous sense of humor while still being professional, digs into the problems and spends TIME with each patient. She rocks. We'd drive from Easter WA just to see her if that's what it took. We'd never see anyone else!!!
