I don't feel like I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. They always seem like they're going to give up on me. They definitely didn't have enough staff members on hand. It seemed like one person was trying to do everything, and I ended up waiting for a very long time. The staff didn't seem to know a whole lot about the company they worked for. Every single time I'd ask them a question, they'd refer me to someone else. It was very frustrating. The magazines in their waiting room were so boring. It made my time in the waiting room drag. He got me addicted to medications for my anxiety and while he will say that it was me abusing drugs he never let me or allowed the opportunity for me to tell him my boyfriend piece of crap was stealing my meds which I NEEDED, and that's why I had to go somewhere else!
