We have used All Pets for 17 yrs, they have always been so kind and loving to our two dogs. Dr. Burmeister has taken such good care of Maggie and Cleo, We recently had to put Maggie to sleep and couldn't have asked for more compassion and consideration. Dr. and the staff made an unbearable situation as comfortable for us as possible. They are such a caring group.

I used to go to them. They seemed stuck in the past. The head vet doesn't seem to know what a computer is, or the Internet. I was nervous about being exposed to archaic treatment methods. The last time I was boarding there my poor pet hadnt pooped in days. I don't feel like I can count on them to ever fully explain directions. I was given medicine with only the daily instructions for use, no end date. I was never told the bacteria my dog had. They always seemed like they're going to give up on me or just put in minmal effort. Or somehow it was always my fault!?! And i was never allowed to be a co-partner in the process. many times after surgery or emergency visits I never even meet w the vet at dischage. A tech just handed me the leash. Then I get these huge bills. I felt like my needs sometimes are met, but they didn't make any extra effort to understand what the client needs. Their is no reading material or really anything set up for the client, not even a water bubbler. The staff can get really passive aggressive even if you are paying thousands and are there every week. If the client starts to ask questions or concerns or starts to advocate for the pet....that will turn the tide. That is poorly tolerated.
