Most of the time, they don't call me back for quite a while, but they've called me back quickly once or twice. They are WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked and not always that pleasant. I've never been in there when the waiting rooms weren't packed with a bunch of very aggravated people. They seem to be more concerned about quantity of business over quality. The wait was absolutely ridiculous. It messed up my entire day. Its just a legalized drug dealer, they only care about your money, not in treating your addiction
