Waiting times can be lengthy and at times it has taken multiple appointments and even seeing different doc for correct diagnosis. I don't take my children here anymore due to the misdiagnosis we have recieved several times. Other family memebers went here for years and doctor misdiagnosed something that was actually cancer. You would be better off taking your kids to a pediatrician, and ladies you are better off just to go to the gyno.

Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating. They weren't very understanding or caring, and they didn't show empathy for my situation all the way from the front desk manager Allison to Nurse practitioner Sherry Zumieck. I could tell I wasn't their primary concern. They will not allow any billing which is extremly frustrating for those who do not have insurance and they also wont tell you how much it will cost until after your visit. Watch out! Its usualy the high end not the low end like the staff will try and estimate if you ask. Also, if you are shocked and are charged the high fee, good luck getting any kind of adjustment on your bill. Allison says thats not an option. Sherry Zumieck proscribed a medication for me that two other doctors have confirmed was incorrect and had to switch me off of right away.
