I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. I was happy that I got in for a follow-up appointment because it helped a lot. However, had I not made the appointment, there never would have been one. It would've been nice if they would have recommended one. Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating. I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone. Their office was a little too loud. It wasn't unbearably loud but it was starting to hurt my ears. it seems they want to do services like x-rays and doing testing that is not necessary. Also, who knows if the x-rays I saw are actually my dog because they won't release them to me to take to my new veterinarian.
