They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen.

When My Tabitha cat girl...had to be put down, due to a broken back from an animal...she was in indoor cat, but long story....they were so kind and sympathic..they had a nice soft thing they had her in...cause I could not stay...I buried her in my yard...and then they sent me a sympatny card! That is so special..

Now I will need to take my dear Noella kitty into them tomorrow..I hope she does not have to go to Rainbow Ridge..but she may...God Bless the Dr. and all his staff..

Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. It was unbelievable how gentle this vet was with my pet and it really helped my pet feel at ease. It's very apparent that they truly care about us and our pets and that this is not a job for them, but their passion and purpose. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded.
