I won't be going back. This place is a revolving door as far as I'm concerned. They appeared to be a little overwhelmed with too many pets here. I didn't get to see the vet very long before they were rushed off to another room. Really disappointing! Even though I saw the same vet a number of times within a couple of weeks they never remembered me or my pet. It would have been better if this veterinarian had just tried a little harder to be more compassionate. I was hoping to see someone that considered my dog's health more important than always having an answer. It didn't take me too long to realize that they did not have the knowledge or experience to help my pet. Also had me wait over 45 minutes once in the waiting room (with an appointment). Won't be back. Went someplace else that really took the time to get to know my dog and myself/my spouse.

Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance.
