If you care about how your animal is feeling, you better stay with them beside their kennel. We stayed with our dog and realized they do not let any of the dogs outside to relieve themselves. The staff explained that it's easier for them to have the dogs go in the kennel on blankets and then they wash the them. This is a horrible way to treat animals. Our dogs are housebroken and would sit there until they couldn't hold it anymore. So uncomfortable for them. Then they would feel ashamed if they did have to go on a blanket. Our parents left a dog for more than a couple days. When they got home the dog was no longer house broken. If they don't have the staff to take the dogs out, get more staff. Very disappointed and shocked.
