Every time I visit, I have to remind them why I'm visiting them. It makes me feel like they don't care about me. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. Every time I come here I feel so unwelcome as soon as I enter the door. They can never seem to remember my name when I first arrive and always forget it throughout my appointment. Every time I would start talking about my circumstances, they would argue with me or get mad. I was scared to say anything because I didn't want to make them upset. I definitely don't trust their advice. They're only concerned about themselves.

They would not leave me alone, and kept suggesting that I buy products that I felt were completely unnecessary. They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there. They seemed stuck in the past. I was nervous about being exposed to archaic treatment methods.
