Would give them less than 1 star rating. Took our pug there on Sunday 10/26/2014. Horrible experience. We arrived shortly after 10:00 p..m., did not get out of here until after 2:00 a.m. Monday 10/27/014. I told them when we got there that our vet said on the phone that it could be his heart. They were I no rush to get us into the examining room. In the room a vet tech came in for vitals, listened to his heart and said there was a heart murmur. When the vet came in she said the heart was fine, no murmur. She did a prostrate exam, and a radiograph xray. told us he had stones in his bladder and she needed to put him completely under to catheterize him, quoted us an exorbitant amount. When we bulked at this cost, she then mentioned a plan B for almost half that price, but less care. he took him back and said she would get started right away. Over 2 hours later she still had not gotten started. We were shamed into going with plan A (the high price). By the time she finally got started, we had had time to read reviews, not good. We told them to give us our dog, they talked us into plan B the local . Another 2 hours before we could leave. Next day our vet said no stones even showing on the x-ray. He was able to catheterize him with out sedative. He thinks our dog has bladder cancer. Never take an anima there. We hear Urgent Pet Care on 72nd & Giles is wonderful.

They made sure every question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is very friendly and welcoming. They treated my baby like I would have if I had the training. They are so warm and professional, and made the whole experience a little easier. I was so impressed with the progress my baby was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. If my baby gets sick again after hours I'd go back.
