Go anywhere but here before you go here. 1:35 mins just to get in ER, 5:07mins to get to your ronn after a 45 min move(????) they gave me no food, no water for over 6 hours. They 42% full (were at the time) either complete laziness, indifference, although I knew more about my condition than Des and nurses combined. I cannot be passed on or avoided. We WILL talk.i can be your worst enemy or best friend. Seems that most pick the former instead of deal with it. I’ve got all phone numbers, quotes, witnesses,so call your lawyers & let them know you don’t care I will not stop until this right is wrong and the ADA has teeth. Discrimination, even when arguable legally per se, sure makes you look horrible

ER we had a very good experience.The nurse and doctor are very nice and efficient. I only give two stars because when our patient was admitted in respiratory floor (12east),we had a bad experience.Many reasons to complain about but I will mention only handwashing here. A lot of staff members who would enter room did not wash nor disinfect their hands .We had to tell them. Most staff members tell us their floor 12 east is very busy so maybe one main reason staff members don't wash their hands as practice..Still not acceptable because they have isolation rooms.I have to mention the CNA Elizabeth( older Hispanic lady).Everytime she would come into the room to take care of our patient, she never washed ,never disinfected her hands everytime ! I asked her in a nice way to please wash her hands before touching our beloved patient, and she got upset and very defensive.Very bad attitude for healthcare staff and bad habit.She must be spreading C Diff,MRSA,VRE ,KPC and other bugs to many patients.I hope she gets reprimanded by infection control of the hospital.
