had my first ever mammogram yesterday and everyone there was beyond friendly and kind ,, the lady at the check in desk totally set the tone with a huge smile , ( gotta love the smile) and the gal that did the mammogram was just so so so so nice and extremley gentle , so for me this experience was a blast ! if i could give it 10 or 20 stars i would , but i only count 5 stars

Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else. It is impossible to get an appointment at their office.

I called to schedule an appt. and they started telling me that I need an 'Order' to be seen there!? I have never heard such a thing. I had asked "a referral"?? she said "NO , an ORDER" very rudely. All's I wanted was a simple check-up.
They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated. I would NOT recommend this office to anyone.
