They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. Of course at times vets have to do unpleasant procedures on the pets, but they always demonstrate care and compassion. I really trust them and so do my pets. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding.

It was some of the best pricing I have seen
Is food and water always available for your pet at this veterinarian's office?
Always, there's no fear of your pet going hungry or thirsty here. They have bowls all over the office.

Yes
Were the kennels and holding areas clean?
Absolutely, the kennels and holding areas were some of the cleanest I have ever seen
Does this veterinarian send reminder cards for your pets annual check-up?
Yes, I never forget my pet's annual check-up thanks to them
