They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was friendly , but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered honestly, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left, emotionally and mentally I received my records from this office, and Dr Kamthamnenei wrote up false reports about things that were NEVER said and based only upon her assumptions. There were notes sating that she had told me things, that she never said to me. Some things were off the wall and just complete lies! She also refused and refuses to prescribe medications that are needed. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. Dr. Yokosawa oversees her staff and I highly discredit him for approving these statements and allowing for my suffering! I will not be returning, nor will I ever recommend this place to anybody. I have always been against Genesys Hospital and now am 100% against their facility!

Not very well. I had to really look for it before I found it.

The staff didn't seem to know very much, they couldn't ever answer my questions
