First i left my medication on Oahu, I left for the island of Hawaii Hilo for work. I called moanalua pharmacy to see if the could help me will giving me a refill for 5 days .. They were very helpful with my situation and told me they will put into the notes that it was a vacation refill, so i don't need the whole refill just enough for 5 days. They told me it would be ready at the Hilo Kaiser pharmacy. When I arrived at the Hilo pharmacy i explained my situation. The cashier told me it would be about a half hour wait. There pharmacist Jeffery Helmouth said it would be less than that. About a 1hour and a half later after everyone behind me had got there refills, i even seen kaiser employees leave for lunch and come back and I'm still waiting. After getting my refill the pharmacist Jeff was standing right there didn't say a word to me and didn't even look me in the eye to say sorry. After getting my refill the bottles was sealed from the manufacture. So it's not like they had to count the medication. What the hell took so long.

The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.
