Wonderful owner, Dr Watkins. Dr Dierker and Dr Knack also wonderful. All staff with exception to front desk staff are attentive. Look out if you question pet food/treatment. One person at the front desk evaded specific questions (many times) in person and via telephone regarding Royal Canin pet food prescribed and purchased from Harvester Animal Clinic. The other person is completely rude, presents herself as a FOOL, lacking judgment. In fact, I informed "the fool" I wanted Dr. Watkins to contact me as to why I moved the care of my pets to another animal clinic after 4 plus years with Dr. Watkins. Never received a response. Needless to say, this provides a negative experience. The evasive manner I received when asking questions regarding Royal Canin pet food and why my pets were ill each time they consumed this food prescribed/purchased from Harvester Animal Clinic convinced me to immediately seek an alternate animal clinic and pull Royal Canin from their diet forever. Dr. Watkins your front desk staff lost your clinic my business. When asked, I no longer recommend Harvester Animal Clinic to friends and co-workers.
