Dr. Madsen was so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about her not listening to my concerns or arguing with me. She didn't contradict what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. Dr Maden made sure every single question I had was answered, and she is always available when I have more questions I want answered. I've also observed her manner with other patients and she provides the same caring, attentive and professional care she does me.
