ZERO STARS! In May 2022 I had an ablation procedure done. A nerse, not assigned for my surgery preparation, sexually assaulted me. Her actuions were not part of my medical record and she was not identified. Centra refuses to identify her even though it is clearly stated that I, as a patient, have the right to the identity of this nurse.
