It is really sad that after going to dr Lambert for 13 yrs with my 2 dogs I got so disappointed. My dog had on and off ear inflections. He was always on medications, many different ones. His left ear was always bothering him. I trust dr Lambert and believed that he is the best. I was told that since my dog had skin infections which got better after he was on medications it turn that his ears were getting infections! I could not understand why his left ear was always wors. One time i was told that maybe something got to his ear. One day my dog was acting very strange and he was nonstop moving his head in circle and was very weak. I took him to ER. But when we got there he was feeling better. Doctor said that his ear is block and can't see anything. At that time my dog was on medication prescribed by dr Lambert. Doctor at ER ask me if my dog had ear culture donne, and he may have multiply bacteria and that antibiotic which he was on may not be the right one. Dr Lambert after giving medications to my dog for his ear infections almost for 3 years never did ear culture and no wonder his infections never went away. Eventually he did ear culture and the results showed 3 different bacteria. My dog got another antibiotic. He was taking 2 different antibiotics and other medications. Dr Lambert said that he has wart in his ear and he will removed and also will remove a few from his skin. I did say ok because I trust Dr and was so sure that he knew what he is doing. After being on new antibiotic for 3 weeks dr did surgery. When I pick up my dog I found out that Dr Lambert removed the whole ear canal, because there were many warts. At that moment I was filing like something bad happen to my dog. We got home and my dog had discharge from his ear and his ear looked strange to me, because there was only like 3 stitches for that big surgery. After 3 days I called office and I was told that doctor went to England and the other doctor is very busy and I should put something and clan his ear. On fourth day the stitches broke up and his ear was open and i got so scared and went to doctor office (i had 65 miles one way).
I was told that my dog has deep inflection and need another surgery.
I left my dog with very bad feeling like I will loose him. I was told that I can pick up my dog Saturday am and everything looks ok. I was by myself at that time and thought that maybe will be better for him to stay a couple days to Monday because he will get better care. He had drainage put in.
I had no idea that nobody is there after 1 pm on Saturday.
Sunday morning Dr Lambert called me from England to tell me that my dog died. Im so sad and bielieve that Dr Lambert is to bleme for my dog death. I spoke to another vet who told me that my dog had 2 very stubborn bacteria and 3 weeks was not enough to cure the infection and there should be another ear culture donne bfore surgery to make sure he has no bacteria. He also told me that removing ear canal with ear bacterias causes infections and is so close to brain. I think my dog's ear infections never were cure because lack of ear culture test and giving wrong antibiotics. There is another thing about dr Lambert I didn't know before. He is supporting puppy mills. His long time customer Pat Crandall whom I got my first dog which died at Dr Lambert hospital was from her.
5 months ago I bought from her another dog and did research after I found out that he has a problems. Pat Crandall is a broker for years and she sells puppies from puppy mils from Ohio. Those puppies are abused at her house, because my puppy has signs of abused dogs. He also has health issues. That breeder Dave Miller from Ohio has always around 300 dogs. Dr Lambert for sure knows that Pat Crandall is selling puppy mills dogs. Pat's ex husband while they were having "breeding bussiness" togheter was getting dogs from shelters snd selling them illegally to labs for experiments.

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I used to go to a different vet and decided to give them a chance with a new pet and was so happy I switched and now bring all of our pets there. I highly Recommend them!
