I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. I was pleased with the good condition of their equipment. Everything seemed safe and current, and I knew my pet was in good hands.. It is right on the main street (Route 7) however their sign is FACING the road, meaning, it is not visible as you are approaching the establishment at a distance. The building does not have handicap ramps or wheelchair accessibility, however, there are no steps either. Their office was clean enough, nothing special though. I've been going here for years and have been very satisfied.

The doctors are very nice, informative and good to my animal. The office staff/techs act like they have better things to do than be there working. They are constantly on what sound like personal phone calls. I never get greeted when I walk in, they just ignore me until I say something to them.
I don't like that Dr. Gunther smokes in the building, I am allergic to cigarette smoke so it bothers me when he has been smoking in the back. I also wouldn't leave my animal borded there knowing that he smokes inside. He also pushes for you to buy your meds from him and not a pharmacy. I know he needs to make money but sometimes the pharmacy is cheaper especially with their discount programs. I like the doctors, but am considering switching due to the other issues.
