Fabulous! Couldn't ask for a better experience under the circumstances, my husband and I called when our Wheaton Terrier took a turn for the worse, they got us in right away, we had never been there before and the staff was so helpful and accommodating. When Dr Gosik came in to see us she quickly put our minds at ease and ran all of the tests necessary to determine the right treatment while educating my husband and I on things we were unaware of, never making us feel like bad "puppy parents". After all the treatments, meds and special food I thought we would get hit with an exorbitant bill, but that was not the case it was quite reasonable...besides I would never put a price tag on the good health and well being of our family member for a cheaper bill! Thanks Dr Gosik and staff!

I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. The examining rooms at Ark Veterinary Clinic's office were immaculate. You could practically eat of the floor if you wanted to. There were no bad smells and everything seemed really sterile.
