The chairs in the waiting area are pretty average. Not super deluxe but not horribly uncomfortable either. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I was pleased that they were able to answer all of my questions. I left feeling very informed about pet care. When I left their office I had a very clear understanding of my pet's condition. I can tell that it is important to them to make sure all of their clients never leave feeling confused. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. I did feel that options for pain control were a little outdated.
