Love this place! The doctors are knowledgeable and they don't push you to a diagnosis but rather reason and talk it through with you. Trying to figure out what's going with an animal can be difficult. The experience Dr. Rao has is superior to most vets that I've been to. She truly cares about her clients, follows up, returns call and you NEVER have to wait for your appointment. The staff are also amazing.

They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I thought their pricing was very fair. I have been to other places that charge an arm and a leg and I was happy to see that they weren't one of them. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. When I left their office I had a very clear understanding of my pet's condition. I can tell that it is important to them to make sure all of their clients never leave feeling confused.

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

They were incredible. They consoled me and even gave me a hug.
