I think many of these reviews are not legit. The building is very run down. The "manager" doesn't keep equipment in working order, in fact, instead of paying a professional to resharpen the dental equipment, he does it himself with a sander! Behind closed doors, I watched Dr. Ballotti grab a puppy by the scruff and slam it down on a table because it wouldn't sit on command. The practice should have it's license revoked.

Dr. Ballotti is a very kind and compassionate vet that has helped our family with three elderly pets. I trust her and feel I can ask her any questions I have.

She takes care of the AFA falcons so we trust her with our own birds. And, she is very fond of and kind to our pet rats.
