My Vet sent me to Eden Prairie Emergency Vets. My dog was having a very hard time breathing. It got worse as I was transporting her from Shakopee to Eden Prairie. They took her in immediately when I got there. I was given estimates on the cost of cares and services. In the end I decided to put my sweet dog down so she wouldn't suffer anymore. Hardest thing I have ever done !! The staff was very supportive and caring. I couldn't have asked for any better care than we received there. I would highly recommend them to everyone .

They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded.
